The working principle of the centrifugal blower: When the motor rotates to drive the fan impeller to rotate, the gas between the blades in the impeller also rotates, and the gas is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, and the gas flow rate increases, so that the kinetic energy of the gas in the flow It is converted into static pressure energy, and then as the fluid is pressurized, the static pressure energy is converted into velocity energy. The gas is discharged through the exhaust port, and a certain negative pressure is formed in the middle of the impeller. Because the inlet is negative pressure, the outside The gas is immediately refilled under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the gas is continuously discharged and refilled under the continuous rotation of the impeller, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous blowing. Under the same power of high-pressure centrifugal blower, wind pressure and air volume are generally inversely proportional. Under the same power, if the wind pressure is high, the air volume will be relatively low, and if the air volume is large, the wind pressure will be lower, so that the power efficiency of the motor can be fully utilized.


In a centrifugal fan, the air inlet direction and the air outlet direction are vertical. Increasing the air pressure in the fan will make the air inlet pressure greater than the air outlet pressure, but in terms of air volume, the air inlet is smaller than the air outlet. When the outlet of the fan is small, the air volume decreases. The wind pressure increases and the power decreases. As the cross-sectional area of the outlet continues to increase, the air volume also increases and the pressure decreases. When the inlet and outlet of the fan are not connected to the pipeline, the air volume is large, the air pressure is small, and the power is large.


If the pipeline is relatively short and has fewer elbows, an axial fan should be used. On the contrary, if the pipeline is long and there are many elbows, a centrifugal fan should be used. For single-stage centrifugal fans, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction. Moreover, the direction of the gas changes after passing through the impeller and becomes radial. Then, it enters the diffuser. In the case of a turbine fan with sufficient motor load, a pulley and a speed increase box can be used to connect the fan shaft and the motor to increase the fan's impeller speed. From the structural point of view, there are many ways to increase the diameter of the impeller, increase the number of blades, install a deflector, a diffuser, and adjust the installation angle of the impeller blades. But each method must be calculated as a reference basis, and cost-effective, otherwise it may have counterproductive effects.
